The house next door
We are a Danish-Nicaraguan family. We live in the house next door and share the garden and the pool with the hotel.
We opened in March 2013. We designed the building ourselves, respecting León's colonial style: corridors, arches and a courtyard. Seventeen units, and all but one have a private balcony or terrace with a hammock and rocking chairs.

The reason people stay extra nights
There are many reasons why our guests decide to extend their stay. Many appreciate the shade and tranquility within the hotel, where the noise from the street feels far away and they can truly relax.Others enjoy our spacious apartments with private terraces or balconies, offering extra space to unwind. Guests who travel for work value the rooms with desks and internet access, making it easy to work comfortably during their stay. And almost everyone enjoys our large garden pool, with a sunny area perfect for relaxing and making the most of León’s warm climate.
An honest warning: between 11 and 2 the pool area has little shade. At those hours the ranch or the garden are better; the water is best earlier or after 2.

The buffet breakfast is included in the rate and includes seasonal fruit and fresh juices, cereals, coffee, bread, eggs prepared to your preference, and gallo pinto. Throughout the rest of the day, we offer complimentary Nicaraguan coffee and filtered water. You can also enjoy options such as homemade cakes, paninis, lasagna, nacatamales, hummus, and other light dishes. For those looking for a more complete meal, our restaurant offers à la carte main dishes from 11:30 a. m. to 8:00 p. m.
