All apartments and rooms have :

- Private balcony or terrace with hammock and rocking chairs (except for room # 4)

The apartments (and room 1 and 2) have:
- Kitchenette with induction range
- All the necessary utensils for 4 people
- Small dining table for 4 people
The hotel has furthermore:
- Large swimming pool in the garden with area for sunbathing and relaxing
- Well equipped private gym
- Conference room for 40-60 people
- 2 smaller meetings room
- Cafeteria-restaurant, open from 11 am to 21.30 pm
Extra services
We can offer you some useful extra services :
- If you arrive by air to Managua and you want to go directly to León, we can pick you up at the airport (and drop you off when you leave). Or we can arrange the service for you if our driver is occupied.
- We can also arrange transport for you to and from other places in Nicaragua.
- When you are here, we can furthermore help you arrange trips and trekking in and around León. We don't offer the service ourselves, but we can put you in contact with relevant tour operators.
