We have 11 apartments and 6 rooms, 2 of the rooms with kitchenette. All our apartments and all the rooms, but one, have own balcony or terrace. The apartments are with one or two bedrooms with private bath room with hot and cold water. All apartments and rooms have A/C, phone, wired and wireless internet, fridge, working desk, safety box and flat screen TV with cable. 2025 prices from C$ 2,563.70 (70 USD) and up.
The apartments and two of the rooms have also a kitchenette with dining table for four and rocking chairs. The balconies and terraces have a hammock and two rocking chair, ideal for enjoying the pleasant evenings outside.
The prices from 2025 and forward are the following (all prices are per night, including taxes and breakfast, single occupancy). The local currency is córdobas (C$) (1 USD = C$ 36.6243):

- One bedroom apartment, second floor, large, one King bed: C$ 3,296.19 per night (USD 90).
- Two bedroom apartment, first floor: C$ 3,479.30 per night (USD 95).
All prices are for single occupancy. Extra person per night: C$ 366.24 per night (USD 10).

- 4 adults share a standard room in 2025. The price is C$ 2,563.70 (USD 70) plus C$ 1,098.73 (USD 30) for the 3 extra persons, in all C$ 3,662.43 (USD 100), or C$ 915.60 (USD 25) per person per night.
- A family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 or less rents a 2-bedroom apartment in 2024. The price is C$ 3,479.30 (USD 95) plus C$ 366.24 (USD 10) for the extra person, in all C$ 3,845.55 (USD 105) for the family.
